PaperGlitter LOVES Twine!

I have seen an amazing explosion on the blogs with this twine the crafty girls are using. I soooo wanted to get in the fun and ordered an adorable sample pack to play with! The timing of their arrival was perfect as I had an upcoming photo shoot for the new items for the shop. Want to see what I did with my twine????

BACK TO SCHOOL

I wrapped a whole bunch of goodies with the Back to School collage sheet in the shop. I love the way the yummy colors compliments the collages, don't you? I also played with the cupcake topper stick a bit and wrapped some yummy twine around it!

TWINE POPS

AND I could not be selfish and keep all of the lovely twine I ordered to myself. I wanted to share some with my friends to give. The fabulous Bakerella has her cake pops. well I made Twine Pops! These little sample twine pops came out so cute! I also wrapped one of the strawberry themed hangtags from the shop to add a cute message :)

Look at the lovely colors-and I can be 100% honest with you that the colors look exactly as cute and yummy in person! I will be sure to buy some more from them after I am done with my (and still have PLENTY left) Twine stash!

Back to School Stuff!

The elves at PaperGlitter are working overtime! We are preparing a cute as can be Back to School Kit (coming soon!). But in the meantime, I am happy to introduce this cute as can be collage sheet! Place on scrapbook pages, crafts, paste on cards, add on scrapbook pages, paste on a string to make a lovely mobile, print on label paper and make stickers or anything else your creative and crafty self can think of! Real Parties: Ooh La La Party!

I have so many real parties to feature and I will promise to do more soon! There have been so many lovely submissions and I would like to thank all of the customers who submitted their lovely photos with amazing ideas!

This next party is from one creative, fabulous customer! She made this incredible party with a Paris Printable Kit from the shop. There were a lot of pictures from her submission so I did a slide show for you to enjoy her adorable Ooh La La Party and I think the song is very fitting! I am loving her "adoption center" with plush Poodles as favors--so cute! This party was not birthday specific, just an Ooh La La party and this Non-Birthday version along with a Birthday Party version are available in the shop!

Birthday Video-Slideshow

I love {REALY do} love, Apple products. I am in love with iPhoto's slideshow features! Check out this quick promo slideshow. I uploaded this one on Vimeo to try out their features as I have used YouTube in the past for a PaperGlitter channel but not sure which site is better. The music on this video is "Happy Birthday" by the Ting Tings from a Yo Gabba Gabba episode :) What do you think?

Real Parties: Paris Kit

Who says the Paris Party kit is only for little girls? This party comes all the way from Brazil from a lovely customer named Paula. This was a going away party for her 23 year old daughter who was going to Europe and the party also combined some birthday festivities as well--a great combo! Her daughter's friends also joined in the fun and as you can see the pictures really show that they did look like they had a blast! I designed this kit for little girls but you know what---the party worked really well for us slightly older gals and I am thinking I could use this for myself ;) I love how fun, classy, creative and full of spirit this party is! This is too cute--thanks Paula for sharing!

Customer Submission: Color-in-Paper Dolls.

When Amy sent me the photo above of what she did with PaperGlitter's Sweet Paper Dolls {coloring pages} I was stunned at how cute these were! She printed them on cardstock, colored them in with fabulous watercolor & crayons with the help of her 3 year old daughter of course ;) I wonder who had more fun here! They came up with a great line up of dolls--don't you think? My fave is the one with the red dress---check out that gradient! You can read more about these in Amy's blog as she charmingly tells the story. Thank you for sharing Amy!

Sneak Peek: Zoo Party Kits

Could this be a sneak peak at a girls and BOYS upcoming party kit? Why yes! I will be introducing a cute as can be zoo theme (with art done by PaperGlitter of course). One of the versions will be colored and targeted for boys. I will be introducing 2 new boys themes very soon. The next set is a secret surprise and will be targeted for older boys :) I hope you will like these! The photo shoot for these will be probably our favorite so far!!!

Real Parties: Kathy's Luau Party

Kathy, a recent customer, sent over photos of her Hawaii Luau Birthday party. Check how cute these are! Ok---let me just say I ADORE the collage work on the cake centerpiece. If you look carefully, you will see that Kathy cut the hula girl out and super-imposed her on the large circle, added a paper grass skirt onto her and added extra hibiscus and leaves clip art for a more dimensional look--HOW CUTE! Now that's my paper girl. This set up is very cute--thanks for sharing Kathy!
